How to Submit a Purchase Order or Request a Quote
Step 1 — Product Selection
If needed, review the Ordering Guide and Pricing Sheet before filling out the form.
Enter quantities for each Calm Work Solutions SKU you need — leave 0 when not ordering a product.
Step 2 — Purchase Order Information
Add your organization’s PO number
Type “Waiting for PO” if your PO number is pending.
Type “N/A” if you're not using a purchase order number.
Type “Estimate” if you’re requesting a quote.
Step 3 — Attach Supporting Documents
Attach a tax-exempt certificate, if applicable.
Indicate if your company will make an ACH payment — no problem if you're not sure!
Step 4 — Receive Confirmation
Once received, an invoice (or estimate) is issued for prompt processing (Net 0).
