How to Submit a Purchase Order or Request a Quote
Step 1 — Product Selection
Review the Ordering Guide and Pricing Sheet , if needed.
Enter quantities for each Calm Work Solutions SKU.
Leave at 0 for any items you are not ordering.
Step 2 — Purchase Order Information
Add your organization’s PO number
Enter “Waiting for PO” if your PO number is pending.
Enter “N/A” if you're not using a PO number
Enter “Estimate” if need a quote.
Step 3 — Documents & Payment Type
Attach a tax-exempt certificate, if applicable.
Indicate if your organization will make an ACH payment — no problem if you're not sure!
Step 4 — Receive Confirmation
An invoice (or estimate) will be issued promptly for Net-0 processing.

Indicate if your company will make an ACH payment — no problem if you're not sure!
Step 4 — Receive Confirmation
Once received, an invoice (or estimate) is issued for prompt processing (Net 0).
